-Hidden "drug lab"; A Skooma and Moonsugar lab
-Guard Barracks; Just a bunch of beds, some storage
-Training Room; a little training area with a fighter who will fight you upon your request
-Vault; Good luck breaking in...
-Glass Mine; Just a glass mine, all that glass those guards wear has to come from somewhere
-Winery; A bunch of wine
-Prison; Several prisonn cells and prisoners
General Notes:
-Does not require Tribunal/Bloodmoon
-Dominant Velothi Style Interior
-Large but cozy, aesthetically appealling
-Several secrets
-Amulet that teleports you back to the island
-Some expensive/powerful items(Note: they're either hidden or well protected to help maintain game balance)
-The door labled "Mysterious Locked Door" cannot be picked, its not a bug; same with any other doors that are locked without a lock level
-No armor mannequins, but there are practice dummys for you to, well, practice on
-Keep in mind the storage of this facility was designed for pack-rat type characters
-Minimal new textures/meshes
