Lesson 14 - Minor-Minor Seventh Chords
The highlighted chord in the image below is an example of a minor-minor seventh (mm7) chord. This chord is a minor triad with a minor seventh on top. It is very commonly used in western music. It adds color and warmth to a minor triad.

Root-third interval: Minor 3rd
Root-seventh interval: Minor 7th
