Special Note: This meet is Eric Yurko’s Eagle Scout fundraising project designed to earn money to repair and enlarge the playground equipment at the Harrison County YMCA.
Entries deadline: June 8, 2005
Entries: Swimmers may swim no more than three individual events.
Swimmer’s age will be determined as of December 1, 2004.
Time Trials: If there is time then trial trials will be held in all age groups for the 100 Free and 200 Free. Deck entries $5.00 per event.
Fees: $3.00 per individual event. Late entry and deck entry fees are $6.00 per
individual. Deck entries will be accepted ONLY if there are open lanes.
Make checks payable to: “Harrison County YMCA”
Once accepted, entry fees WILL NOT be refunded.
***HAYST swim team reserves the right to limit the number of entries due to
time constraints.
Awards: This is a fundraising event for the Eagle Scout project. If sufficient sponsors are
found to underwrite the cost of the T-shirts then all swimmers will receive a t-shirt.
Heat winners: 12 & under age groups only
Scoring: Individual events: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Officials: Each team is required to provide 1 official.
Concessions: Concessions will be sold during the entire meet.
Warm-ups: Girls warm-ups from 7:30 - 8:10 am.
Boys warm-ups from 8:10 - 8:50 am.
Meet begins at 9:00 am.
Directions:
From Rt. 50 West (Parkersburg) – Take Jovce Street, make a right. Go straight, at the third stop light take a right (Rt. 98). At the stop sign turn left. Follow the road around appox. 1.5 miles past the VA Hospital. The pool is on the right, before the bridge.
Girls warm-ups begin @ 7:30 am. Boys warm-ups begin @ 8:10 am.
Meet begins @ 9:00 am.
