On the coming date of October 25, 2002 Friday a great tournament shall be held at numerous Arenas. Many will join and fight to gain glory and riches and many will die trying. Out from the deepest pits, from the highest mountains, from the deepest ocean, from many glamarous cities, and many more exotic places, fighters will come to claim the prize of 500,000 gold given by KingUnion. Rune vs Ender Rune vs. Targoth Behind the matches Quento Vs Shamin Shamin and Quento have the same blood that flows in their body. Not long ago they had no idea they were family. Shamin who was kidnapped by a Vampyr and Quento living out in the wilds as he grew up. As the two grew older and stronger their paths will meet once again. And it was in another duel that both found out they were brother and sister.Shamin the older of the two. Turok vs Washu Turok and Washu has been fighting for many years now proving who is better than the other. They both entered the tournament to once and for all settle the score. Darkzerg vs Flayme A mismatched from the start, it was obvious who would win the match but people say Flayme has a chance to slay Darkzerg with enough luck. Kou vs Terra Kou the renowned Assassin of Baelin, entering the tournament has scared many adventurers due to his reputation.While Terra entering the tournament has other reasons joining...perhaps she will finally take Darkzerg's head. Ntit vs Soujiro Ntit a new comer from a new clan,rising to the top like a speeding lightning bolt has entered the tournament to test himself against other veterans while Soujiro may not be at the same level as his opponent, Soujiro has been known to hold his own. Ekdar Vs XiahouDun Not much is known about XiahouDun except she is the right hand of Darkzerg and is always around when Darkzerg is out to fight to lend aid. While Ekdar has many experience in battle and proven to be a worthy adversary.He has been sent out on many occasions to kill Darkzerg and XiahouDun with the help of Terra but the two are too devious. Alleron vs Phate the most anticipated match of the tournament, Phate vs Alleron. The bets say Alleron will win but some say Phate will kill Alleron in one flick of his daggers. Place your bets! Rune Vs Targoth A former member of Vampyr, Rune has been a loner since then, making use of his magic to gain riches. A formadible mage to reckon with but his opponent is an unstoppable force aswell. Targoth has slain many opponents that cross his path and is hated by many. Ender and Absu the two will substitute for anyone who does not arrive. Ender might have entered when hearing Targoth is part of the tournament to take revenge after mortally wounding him in their first encounter. Absu like many others want to test his abilities further and learn while doing so. Behind the Battle Quento Vs Shamin The two siblings gave each other an evil grin as they parted ways to their starting side. The match quickly started as the two went head to head.Quento disarming Shamin gave him the advantage he needed to win against his giant sister.With a final grin to Shamin, Quento ended the match by slashing her midsection with the Giant Slayer. Turok vs Washu The match went to Turok as Washu submitted a drop out entry to the K.B.T assisstant, Hiko. Darkzerg vs Flayme An odd match with an odd ending, Flayme knowing he cant win just went blindly out into the open seeing Darkzerg and sent his weapons flying at him. To his surprise Darkzerg gave no provocation and was disqualified for not turning his Pkill on. Darkzerg's jaw drops down to his surprise that he loss the match and Flayme fainted as he could not believe his luck. Kou vs Terra The two assassins met one another in the center praying for the shadows to hide themselves and take the advantage. Terra went out hunting down Kou first and initiated the attack. Kou being more durable kept his cool until Terra proved to be more than a handful as she assaulted Kou with relentless attacks from all sides. Seeing this Kou took it up to himself to end the match and hunted Terra down aswell.Once meeting again face to face the two locked eyes peering each other with anger and began their final assault, Terra started to bleed earlier was soon faced with defeat but not after making sure Kou to think twice to duel her again. Ntit vs Soujiro Unable to arrive at the match for unknown reasons, Ntit was disqualified and the match went to Soujiro. Ekdar vs XiahouDUn XiahouDun, the only female fighter in the tournament faces off with Ekdar a long time rival. This time XiahouDun must battle and with no help from Darkzerg. With quick surprise, XiahouDun unleashes a fast pace attack at Ekdar. The damsel seems more powerful than expected leaving Ekdar at the edge of his life. Both try to poke one another but are all evaded.XiahouDun sends a barrage of acid blast towards Ekdar sending him aside to the walls but not before Ekdar disarming XiahouDun. Quickly XiahouDun reaches for his weapon and requips it. Feeling defeat XiahouDun starts healing herself in hopes to last longer while fleeing for her life. But what is this?? XiahouDun aims her own spells at her trying to commmit suicide and not fall under Ekdar's blade. Ekdar seeing this quickly made a dash for it and assaulted the kamikaze warrior and taking the victory. Alleron vs Phate The two must have heard they would face each other and decided not to meet but sources say, they didnt not wait for the tournament to start and fought each other on the way to the Arena and had a nice laugh and went to Flying Dragon Inn for a drink instead. Rune vs Targoth A match like Darkzerg and Flayme, but this time Targoth had no break as Rune quickly ended the giant's life with one swift stike of his evil magic. ============================================================================== Quento vs Turok Crowds went wild as their favorite upcoming star Turok took the arena once more to face Quento a veteran warrior of the realm.Before the start Turok sees Quento wears his incrredible armor with ease. With a quick spell Turok sends a spell to Quento but is hit back as it reflected it. Turok sighs in disbelief that his magic will be of no use in this match. Both went to their starting corner and the battle started as Quento attacks Turok. being more powerful than his opponent Quento tries to once again disarm his opponent but to no avail as the dwarf's powerful hands hold his grip to his weapon. Round after round Turok tries his best to stay alive conjuring up healing spells to support his body but Quento dishes out more powerful blows than Turok could handle. Soon afterwards with great determination finally Quento won the battle. Flayme Vs Kou As Flayme took the field, the crowd cheered him on soon afterwards Kou came in into the center to take his applause aswell. Kou ended the match quickly for the new comer and made sure he did not make the same mistake as Flayme's previous opponent. Soujiro vs Ekdar As Hiko yells go, both combatants attack one another, Soujiro sending the first spell at Ekdar but pisses him off as Ekdar pokes both Soujiro's eyes out.Both take a breather as they run back and charges one another once more, back and forth they charge but attacks misses, finally Ekdar lands a blow and with the swing of his blade, chops Soujiro's head. Rune vs Ender With a no show to both Phate and Alleron Ender was placed in their bracket and take the win to the next round to face off with Rune.Another giant for the warlock. Rune flying in the air hidden with his spells sees the giant running around trying to look for him everywhere. Rune laughs scaring Ender senseless as he cannot see his opponent. Rune dives in and sinks his fangs at Ender's neck taking him down and finishing him off with a dragon breath. ================================================================================ Quento vs Kou The most exciting match starts off as Kou and Quento both enter the arena side by side. Once both in the same clan as comrades now an enemy during the tournament. Gold brings the darkside in all as the two lock their position and awaited for the signal to start. And the signal was given Quento quickly finding Kou but finds Kou's weaopn quickly tearing his armor.Quento is taken aback and composes himself once again but is hit once again out of nowhere by Kou, seeing that only fighting was to stay with it, Quento unrelentlessly takes a sourge of power and grabs Kou's weapons and disarms him finally after many blows. Feeling a bit light headed, Quento retreats back and rest while Kou is left without a weapon. Looking behind his back, Quento moves around taking his time healing when all of a sudden Kou was disqualified for leaving the realm. Ekdar vs Rune Ekdar the Hellion with his Hellion blade prepares for his next duel with Rune. Rune casts a spell to himself making himself looking more magnificent only to find himself quickly abused by Ekdar's power. Not knowing what was wrong Rune tries to flee but Ekdar came at him as he tried. Seeing no escape he stood his ground to only find his Ekdar's fingers striking his eyes and his fangs removed. Soon after Ekdar takes the win. ================================================================================ The Winner of the KingUnion's battle tournament is one of Blackflame's masters, Ekdar fought the final bout with Quento in the finals, ending the match by coming out of nowhere and assassinating Quento. Ekdar vs Quento The finalist, Ekdar and Quento got ready for the final deciding match. Quento meditating,channeling his energy to his strength.While Ekdar having second thoughts fighting Quento, since in the past he has never beaten Quento.But today the most important match of their careers will take place.The combatants finally arrive at the center of the arena with the official historian, Hiko and KingUnion the Chairman of the Tournament. Ekdar was sent to the west and Quento to the east both listened for Hiko's voice to start as their hearts pound harder and harder. Finally Hiko yelled and the battle started. The two scattered in the arena of Grayskull.Hunting one another while Hiko stood closeby watching carefully for any rule breaking. And Ekdar starts it off with a great backstab from behind Quento's sight, catching him offguard but quickly retaliates with his own attacks. Back and forth the two sent their weapon skills to the fullest, dodging,blocking,parrying each others attack. Acid blast comes forth out of Quento's hands brutally wounding Ekdar but Ekdar is quick to counter with his own attack trying to poke Quento's eyes out. Unable to blind Quento with his fingers, the Hellion blade pays out as the burning flames blinds Quento's sight.Ekdar flees to come back for another backstab but o find Quento missing as he runs trying to remove the smoke from his eyes.Feeling the smoke is about to clear out, Quento prepares for a final assault. Suddenly before his eyes could see, he feels a sharp pain strike thru his armor and hears the Hellion blade screaming for his name, Ekdar assassinates Quento.....but what is this??? After being assassinated, Quento still stands but stunned after taking such a tremendous blow but finally after one more strike from Ekdar's blade, Quento hits the ground.
