Well, it’s pretty hard to describe the storyline of this story in just one paragraph, I mean, look at the length of the credits! Basically, Saratoga Springs is a documentary of the lives of an eclectic, off-the-wall collection of individuals in a greatly overlooked little town near New York City. Along with the fates that these people meet, the listener is treated to an endless list of hilarious shenanigans and pieces of history that isn’t taught in your average school. Saratoga Springs is actually very close to where ZBS is located, so you will be able to see what they are inspired by in this little place.
An adventure that obviously had lots of love and labor put into it, Saratoga Springs is an essential addition to any ZBS-a-holic’s collection. Full of unique, original characters and some familiar faces for long-time fans of the series, this is no exception to the never-ending cascade of adventures that I fall in love with every time I hear them. I have yet to describe the incredible wit and imagination in this superb little tale that is so close, yet so far away from our own lives.
