Yes, even the pilot episodes deserve a page of their own! In two of the four pilot episodes, Ruby is called Ruby Starr and is described as a renegade psychic. Like Tired of the Green Menace?, Ruby is voiced by Laura Estermann, along with Tom Stuart as Rodant Kapoor and And/Or (although his name is never mentioned).

At the end of the second pilot in Stars & Stuff, Ruby is trapped in a mind loop and her fate is never revealed, not even in the third pilot after this one. She apparently does survive, but how I'm still not sure. The answer, sadly, is not reavealed in the CD version of Tired of the Green Menace?, The last pilot being sort of a prelude to Ruby 1. So the mystery of the mind loop is left unsolved, but at least Ruby is still alive.
