Ruby and the gang have hit the starway, off to the elusive planet known as Illuboo Roi. Ruby has been hired to uncover a secret organization called the Illusionati, so secret that not even its members know they are part of it. On a planet swarming with strange little pear-shaped aliens with mystifying fields of energy swirling around them that can be stepped into to see the cosmos through their eyes, along with an even greater foe than the Illusionati lurking in the shadows, this could prove a bit tricky for the Queen of the Cosmos...

Ruby's first all-off-planet adventure is yet another beauty in the Ruby series. Not many old faces, but a cascade of new ones. All the characters seem to experience something new and different than their experiences in the previous Rubys, which means new experiences for the listener as well. Along with the bizarre technology and the romping action mixed with comical slapstick, this is not one to be put off...for very long.
