Recipe for Murder is quite a tangent from the normal mystical ZBS adventures. It consists of four dark, obscure mysteries, each with a murder to solve. The environments are incredibly realistic and immersing, exotic and yet so close to home. The stories are told from the perspective of a young cook named Jean-Claude Gagnon, who lives in present-day Montréal, Canada. The details in the stories are so unique and so alluring that you’ll find yourself listening to this ZBS masterpiece again and again.
